Points regarding to SGA Guarantee: - It is applicable in case that the boiler has been bought from SGA sale representatives. - Guarantee goes for the first installation only, not for the second hand boilers. - The boiler should have the guarantee card and report. - In case of being far away from SGA after sale representative centers, the commuting cost would be paid according to agreed rates. The guarantee is not enforceable if: - The boiler is not installed and repaired by SGA technicians. - There is a stuck in the tubes or heating exchanger resulting from water salinity or water pollution. - The fan or flue is not installed according to standard. - The boiler is kept in such a condition that results in corrosion, wear, tear or stain. - The system failure is caused by natural disasters, fires or electric surges. - The repair is done and fulfilled by unauthorized technicians, resulting in intentional damage. - The parts which are used are not according to SGA items recommendation. - The guarantee period is finished. - Power input is not equipped to electric protector and earth wire. - The guarantee card does not contain date and seal of after sale serviceman - There is a leakage or low pressure problem, resulting in boiler damage. - There is a blockage in water or gas flow, causing system damage or failure. - The water circuit design is not in accordance to standard. Note: - Avoid removing sensors, especially the flue sensors. - Read the manual before and after the installation thoroughly. - Keep the guarantee card and the manual in a safe place.
